Jim is Phenomenal!

Personnel went over and beyond what was expected. Very professional and compassionate during a very difficult time.

I had nothing prepared, they guided me through the process and handled everything in a very professional way. They answered all my questions and made my Dad’s funeral something special. The little things that were done water to drink while in the receiving line, having everything ready was just perfect. August 2019

Again unexpected but they helped with my husband's funeral. Gave me plenty of time to say goodbye. Have checked to see how we were doing through the grieving. Even though I didn't use an urn they had for the ashes they placed his ashes in it for me.

My husband passed 2 days before Christmas at home under hospice care. Jim and an assistant came to the house quickly and very respectfully and lovingly saw me through the process. The service was just what my husband wanted and I never felt pressured to add additional services. They gave me the most amazing photo of my husband as a remembrance. Jim helped me with the life insurance company when I hadn't heard from them. They continue to be in contact with me to see how I am doing including today, in remembrance of my husband's birthday. I give them, Jim, Pete, the greeters and office personnel the highest recommendation. They treat you and your loved one as family.

This was a difficult week to end and begin the new year of 2020. Two funeral services to do and a really bad cold. Fortunately, Bill, Doug, Jim, and Craig were so helpful on Thursday (1-2) and again, Bill, Doug, Jim, and Don today (1-4). I am sure it is part of their job description to assist the families in any way possible and they certainly do that. However, in my case, it was the pastor who needed assistance due to being somewhat under the weather and still needing to do her job. I cannot thank them enough and want everyone to know how grateful I am. If I could give you ten stars I would. You are A++ in my book. Thank you again staff of Tussey-Mosher in Wellsboro, PA. Tyler Currie-excellent! Caring, professional, kind and considerate. From the moment he came into my mother's room to take her to the end of her service, he was truly amazing. My mom would have loved him. Pete Mosher also a fantastic individual- has taken care of our family for years. Thank everyone from the attendants to the water provided at the graveside service to the attention to detail (as well as the sincerity and pride taken to serve our family!) Very professional!

I had know Pete Mosher for years, having taught/cared for his sons at preschool. Pete is so warm and kind and I felt very comfortable that he was available to help me. Mr. Wagner was also very kind and helpful. He brought flower arrangements to our house after the memorial service. I know there were also other staff working at the calling hours helping people who visited. The secretary also kindly printed up the online comments because she knew I didn't have a computer at home.

Everyone was very supportive and kind. Very professional and courteous.

Judging only from our experience planning for out cousin, I was very impressed with Tussey Mosher's services and especially the assistance of Jim Carpenter.

We suffered a very sudden and tragic death of our daughter. Not thinking we would ever have to go through something like this, we had no idea of how to plan a celebration of life.
Everyone was so helpful and worked us through it. It ended up to be beautiful. We hated to see our daughter go, but she did it in style and with a beautiful celebration.
