Obituary
Lois A. Cole, 87, of Wellsboro, passed away Friday February 11, 2022 at Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital, Sayre. She was Born November 14, 1934 in Wellsboro, the daughter of the late Ransom and Gertrude (Ogden) Bailey. She was the wife of the late Richard S. Cole.
Lois was a graduate of Wellsboro High School and enjoyed sewing and reading.
Lois is survived by her daughter and son in law, Laurene and Russell Moore of Stafford, VA. She was preceded in death by her parents, a son Ransom “Rick” Cole and sisters, Sherry Bailey and Mary Ann Levanduski.
In accordance with Lois’s wishes there will be a private service at her family’s convenience, and she will be interred in Niles Valley Cemetery. The family suggest memorial contributions in Lois’s memory be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
