Gavin Kemp Glimm, 53, of Belgrade, passed away Tuesday May 4, 2021 in Serbia. He was born July 12, 1967 in Southampton, NY to James and Joan (Sattler) Glimm. He earned degrees from both Penn State and Mansfield Universities. Gavin combined his enthusiasm for international travel with his educational background to build a varied career. He was a managing partner of Kempington Financial, an international English Tutor/teacher, and was a business consultant specializing in referrals. He built world-wide friendships and was a kind and gentle soul who enjoyed his 20 years living on Peconic Bay, Long Island where he windsurfed, fished and clammed. He was a loving son and brother.
Gavin is survived by his fiancée: Danijela Milanovic; his mother: Joan Sattler; sisters and brothers: Bronwen Glimm, Alyssa Glimm Kreusler (Jess), Rocio Sattler Zimmerman (Lee), Jordan Glimm, and Kylan Sattler (Chihiro Ikegaya); nieces and nephews: Sierra, Ukiah, Kreegan, Grace, Finn, Athena, Yaya, and Lan. He was preceded in death by his grandparents and father.
