Dianne L. (Webster) Killingstad

Dianne L. (Webster) Killingstad, 80, of Wellsboro, passed away early Thursday April 8, 2021, at The Green Home. She was born November 17, 1940, in Wellsboro, to Floyd and Erissa (Burton) Webster, and grew up on the family celery farm in Marsh Creek. Dianne graduated from Wellsboro High School in 1958, and on July 6, 1963, she married Richard Killingstad, with whom she shared 57 years of marriage. Dianne was very interested in the history of Tioga County, Wellsboro, as well as her family history, and was an active member of Daughters of the American Revolution and the Colonial Dames and volunteered at the Tioga County Historical Society. She was also a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. Over the years, Dianne worked as a secretary/bookkeeper for several local businesses, including Clark's Hardware/Sporting Goods/Home Center, Lynn R. Mader, Esq., Harland's Family Style Restaurant, and the American Cancer Society.

Dianne is survived by her husband; two sons: Chris Killingstad of Wellsboro and Marc (Ginny) Killingstad of Monktown, MD; a daughter: Kathy (Gary) Lampman of Ridgway, PA; 7 grandchildren: Nikki (Brett) Messinger, Olivia Killingstad, Ayden Killingstad, Hannah Lampman, Abigail (Kurt) Martonik, Anna Killingstad, and Eva Killingstad; three great-grandchildren: Ryder, Abby, and Aisling; and dozens of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers: Vaughn, Ward, and Reed Webster; and three sisters: Helen Coolidge, Jackie Robbins, and Joan Boyce.

Due to social concerns surrounding Covid-19, the family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.
