Obituary
David H. Clemens, 74, of Wellsboro, died February 10, 2022 at Arnot Ogden Medical Center, Elmira, NY. He was born in Wellsboro, the son of the late Homer Warren and Beatrice Mae (Sumner) Clemens.
David was a graduate of Wellsboro High School, Class of 1965 and was self employed as a truck driver. He served in the Army Reserves for six years and was a former member of the Ironhead Bike Club. He enjoyed riding his Harley, hunting, shooting his guns, and spending time with his family and friends.
Surviving are a daughters, Kelly Clemens of Austin, TX; Michele (Kevin) McNett of Wellsboro; a son, Tim Martin of Wellsboro; a brother, Ronald Clemens of Wellsboro; 12 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, David was preceded in death by sons, Jim “J.J.” Martin and Michael Clemens, and his brother and sister-in-law, Gary and Deb Clemens.
At David’s request there will be no visitation. A graveside service at the Whitneyville Cemetery will be held at a later date.
