Beatrice "Sis" Kay Plumley, 66, of Wellsboro passed away Thursday January 6, 2022 at UPMC Susquehanna in Williamsport. She was born October 14, 1955 in Wellsboro, the daughter of Dale and Phyllis (Osborn) Phillips. She graduated from Liberty High School, and on June 21, 1975 married Phillip E. Plumley with whom she shared 46 years of marriage. She was a homemaker who enjoyed cooking, puzzles, Amish Fiction, soap operas and movies. Sis was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her husband: Phillip Plumley of Wellsboro; two daughters: Jennifer English (Reggie) of Wellsboro and Melissa Plumley and fiancé James Merritt of Troy; two grandchildren: Kandace and Liam Merritt; and a brother: Harold "Buster" Phillips (Paula) of Morris. She was preceded in death by her parents, and two brothers: Walter "Stubby" Phillips and Dale "Butch" Phillips, Jr.
