Antoinette M. Davis, 90, of Wellsboro, passed away peacefully Monday, December 21, 2020 at UPMC-Wellsboro.
Antoinette was born September 2, 1930, in Wellsboro, the daughter of the late John and Anna (Wozniak) Krystoff. She was the wife of the late Samuel Davis.
Antoinette was a graduate of Wellsboro High School and worked in housekeeping at Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital. She was an active member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church, Wellsboro. She enjoyed her daily walks, watching baseball, and visiting with her grandchildren. Antoinette was a great cook.
Left to cherish her memory are her son John (Melissa) Davis of Wellsboro; her niece Nancy (Irv) Buettner; her nephew James Krystoff; grandchildren; Chad (Vanessa) Davis, Kimberly Johnson, Shannon Davis, Ashley (Dave) Belanger and Stephanie (Brian) Egli, great grandchildren; Destinee Watkins, Branson Watkins, Carson Belanger, Kayleigh Johnson, Karissa Johnson, Neva Oldham, and Ella Davis.
In addition to her parents and husband, Antoinette was preceded in death by a son, Patrick Davis, a daughter, Mary Jane Costley, and six brothers; Joseph, Paul, Ray, Stanley, Steve, and Edward Krystoff.
Due to COVID- 19 restrictions, a celebration of Antoinette’s life will be held at a later date.
