Stephen A. Webb

Stephen Allen Webb, 51, of Mansfield, passed away Friday December 25, 2020 of a heart attack in his home. He was born July 10, 1969 to Frederick and Sharon (Richardson) Webb in Altoona, PA. Stephen graduated from Williamsburg High School in 1988. On September 4, 2006, he married Barbara Blackwell. Stephen is survived by his mother, wife Barbara Webb of Mansfield; a son: Shayne Webb, of Altoona; two step-daughters: Krystal Monks, and Melissa Holly of Wellsboro; a step-son: John Holly of Wellsboro; two brothers: Wayne Webb (Robin) of Perry, GA, and Matthew Webb (Angela) of Williamsburg, PA; and a sister: Laura Long (Terry) of Martinsburg, PA. He was preceded in death by his father. Due to social restrictions surrounding Covid-19, Stephen’s services will be private. His family has entrusted the Tussey-Mosher Funeral Home 139 Main Street Wellsboro, PA with his arrangements, burial will be in Wellsboro Cemetery.
