Sandra "Sandy" Marie (Miller) Webster

Sandra “Sandy” Marie Webster, 48, of Muck Rd., Wellsboro, died on Monday November 23, 2015 due to a house fire. She was the wife of Kerry Vaughn Webster who survives. Sandy was born September 16, 1967, in Wellsboro, the daughter of Frank and Julia (Brown) Miller.
Sandy was employed by The Green Free Library; she was the head of the Circulation Department. She was very active with the library programs. Sandy loved reading, enjoyed genealogical research, traveling and photography.
Surviving in addition to her husband , is her mother Julia Miller, Wellsboro; daughter, Kayci Webster (Tim Crane) and son, Kody Webster, both of Wellsboro; grandchildren, Molly and Jack Crane, Wellsboro; brother, Mike Miller, Wellsboro; sisters, Bonnie Miller, Debbie Shanley(Todd Kriner), Cheryl Confer (Bob), all of Wellsboro; Wendy Watkins, Selinsgrove. Sandy was preceded in death by her father, Frank Miller; brother, Larry Miller and sister, Lois Pope.
Friends and family are invited to Sandy’s memorial service at Tussey-Mosher Funeral Home, Ltd., 139 Main St., Wellsboro, on Monday, November 30, 2015 from 5-8 PM with service to follow at 8:00 PM with Pastor Kristi Webster officiating.
