Samuel P. Bradley, 78, of Middlebury Center, passed away on Sunday, May 7, 2017, at Williamsport Regional Hospital. He was born October 22, 1938 in Philadelphia, the son of the late George D. and Dorothy M. (Bixler) Bradley.  He was an Army veteran.  Samuel was a mail carrier for the USPS, retiring in 1994.

Samuel attented Charleston Baptist Church, Wellsboro, he formerly attended Grace Community Church, in Parkesburg, PA. He was a NRA member. Samuel’s favorite baseball team with the Philadelphia Phillies, he enjoyed watching their games.  He had two dogs, that were both named “Lady”, that he truly loved. Samuel enjoyed taking walks outdoors.  He loved reading his Bible and sharing the Scripture.

Surviving is his nephew, Eric Hoover, who he thought of as a son; brothers, John C. Bradley, Upper Darby, PA and Gordon N. Bradley, Sabinsville, PA; sisters, Dolores M. Tancredi, Malvern, PA, Betty C. Waldrop, Wellsboro, PA, Elsie Bradley, Wellsboro, PA, Edie P. Hoover, Parkesburg, PA and Barbara A. Infante, Wellsboro, PA; many nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents, Samuel was preceded in death by his 4 brothers, William, George, Raymond and Robert Bradley and his sister, Janie Bradley.

Samuel’s visitation will be held Saturday, May 13, 2017 from 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM, at Tussey-Mosher Funeral Home, Ltd., 139 Main St. Wellsboro, PA, service to follow at 11:30 AM with Pastor Bradley Prouty officiating.  Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery.
