Richard A. Neal

Richard Allen Neal, 78, of Little Marsh, passed away at the VA hospital in Buffalo, NY Sunday June 1, 2025. Richard is survived by his wife of fifty-seven wonderful years: Sandra Neal; two sons: Ricky, and Raymond Neal; siblings: Lynn, George, Phil, Steve, Janet, and Amy; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Richard was preceded in death by his parents: Winfield and Dorothy (Hurd) Neal, and a brother: Winfield Neal, II.
