Phyllis A. Hazelton, 84, of Wellsboro, PA., passed away at 3:16 pm in Eagles Mere, PA., on Sunday, December 10, 2017. Phyllis was born on July 5, 1933, in Wellsboro, PA. She was married to the late James R. Hazelton.
She was a member of the Valley Alliance Church of Wellsboro. She loved and cherished her family and the presence of God in her life.
Services will be private and at the convenience of her family. Burial will take place in West Branch Cemetery.
Local arrangements are entrusted to Tussey-Mosher Funeral Home, 139 Main St. Wellsboro, PA.
