Olive A. (Mast) Luther

Olive A. (Mast) Luther, 98, of Stokesdale, passed away May 3, 2021 at Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, PA. She was born July 11, 1922 in Pine Creek Twp., to William and Millie (Breed) Mast. On February 20, 1943 she married Ellery W. Luther, with whom she shared 73 years of marriage. She was a devoted wife and mother, and her family was the focus of her life. She worked as a custodian at the Wellsboro Middle School. Olive is survived by two sons: James (Bonnie) Luther of Mercersburg, PA, and Gene (Yassy) Luther of Wellsboro; 4 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and a sister: Marie Wilcox of Oregon Hill. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and a grandson: Scott Luther. Friends and family are invited to pay tribute to her life from 12:00 to 2:00pm Sunday May 9, 2021 at the Tussey-Mosher Funeral Home 139 Main Street Wellsboro, PA 16901, her burial will be at the Niles Valley Cemetery.
