Mercedes A. Burns, 87, of Wellsboro, passed away Monday, May 25, 2026. She was born January 14, 1939, in Germantown, PA, to Joseph F. and Helen R. (Gussman) Burns. Mercedes will be interred in Holy Sepulcher cemetery. Her arrangements have been entrusted to the Tussey-Mosher Funeral Home, 139 Main Street Wellsboro, PA 16901.
