Mary Jane Keller

Mary Jane (Britt) Keller, 79, of Wellsboro, passed away Sunday September 25, 2022 at Soldiers and Sailors memorial Hospital. She was born August 16, 1943 in Delmar Township to Franklin J. and Janette (Blackwell) Britt. She graduated from high school, and on November 2, 1969 she married John Keller with whom she shared 52 years of marriage. Mary Jane baby sat 52 different children over the years. She was a faithful member of the Stony Fork Baptist Church, and taught Sunday School since she was 16 years old. She liked to do puzzles and word searches, and enjoyed crocheting and plastic canvas work. Mary Jane is survived by her husband: John Keller of Wellsboro; two children: Merri and Bill Strain of Roseville; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister: Thelma Brass. Friends and family are invited to pay tribute to Mary Jane's life at her funeral service 11am Friday September 30, 2022 at the Stony Fork Baptist Church 2831 Stony Fork Road Wellsboro, PA. Her family has entrusted the Tussey-Mosher Funeral Home 139 Main Street Wellsboro, PA with her arrangements. Burial will be in the Oregon Hill Cemetery.
