Josephine L. Shiflett, age 76, of Troy, PA, passed away on Thursday, April 4, 2019, at the Bradford County Manor in Troy. In keeping with Josephine's wishes, no funeral service will be held and a gathering to celebrate her life will be held and announced at a later date.
