May 10, 1950 — April 14, 2016
Gary D. Stebbins, 65, of Covington, passed away on Thursday evening, April 14, 2016 at the Carleton Nursing Home. He was born May 10, 1950, in Wellsboro, the son of Glen and Delores (Wetherbee) Stebbins.
Gary attended Wellsboro schools and was employed by Partners in Progress and the Penn Wells Hotel.
In addition to his mother, Gary is survived by his sisters, Glenda Rankin (Ed) of Wellsboro and Barbara Siegel (Bob) of Pine City, NY; special friend and caregiver, Anjanette Wheeler of Covington.
In keeping with Gary’s wishes, service will be held at the convenience of the family.
