Franklin S. Kish, age 82, of Morris, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 6, 2019, at the Carleton Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center in Wellsboro. In keeping with Frank's wishes, no funeral services are to be held and a private burial will take place in the West Hill Cemetery, Galeton. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Tussey-Mosher Funeral Home, Ltd., Wellsboro.
