Elsie K. Bell

Elsie K. Bell, 92, of Wellsboro, passed away September 20, 2022, at Broad Acres, Wellsboro. She was born November 3, 1929 in McKees Rocks, the daughter of the late Samuel R. and Hulda (Baumann) Kroll, Sr.  She married Manford L. Bell on May 20, 1950 and celebrated 57 years of marriage until his passing on July 30, 2007.

Elsie was a graduate of Charleston High School, Class of 1948 and was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church, Wellsboro.

Elsie is survived by a son, Wayne and his wife Tina Bell of Fredericksburg, VA; a sister, Jane Raber of Camp Hill; granddaughters, Rebekah and Tara and great grandchildren, Grace, Jackson, Tucker and Emiline.   In addition to her husband and parents Elsie was preceded in death by a son, two brothers and three sisters.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 1, 2022 from 11 am at Tussey-Mosher Funeral Home, 139 Main St., Wellsboro.  Burial will be in Wellsboro Cemetery.
