Edward Thomas Gianndrea

Edward Thomas Gianndrea, 78, of Wellsboro, passed away Wednesday, June 17, 2020 at UPMC Susquehanna Soldiers + Sailors Hospital, Wellsboro.

Ed was born on February 10, 1942 in Philadelphia, PA, the son of the late Dominic and Florence (Cirillo) Gianndrea.  He married the former Barbara Lee Haddock on February 16, 1963 and they have celebrated 57 years of marriage together.

Ed was the South East Regional Sales Manager for Sanyo Fischer, selling cash registers and copiers.  He was a member of the St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, Wellsboro.

In addition to his wife, Barbara, Ed is survived by sons; David Gianndrea of Brookhaven, GA; Timothy (Heather) Gianndrea of Covington, LA; Peter (Darlene) Gianndrea of Cummings, GA; a daughter, Gail Thompson of Beauford, GA; a brother, Richard (Jeanne) Haddock of Wellsboro; a sister, Dolores Thompson of Ocala, FL; and grandchildren; Olivia, Gabby, Hayden, Aubrey and Greer Gianndrea and Alex Thompson.

A Memorial service will be held at a later date.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Tussey-Mosher Funeral Home 139 Main Street Wellsboro, PA.
