D. Edward "Ed" Cornell

D. Edward “Ed” Cornell, 58, of Middlebury Center passed away unexpectedly on Monday, March 12, 2018. He was born on Sept. 25, 1959, the son of Dale and Sharon (Carver) Cornell.

Ed was the President of the Cornell Brothers Feed Mill in Middlebury Center and had been employed there since he graduated high school.

Surviving in addition to his father, Dale, are, his loving wife, Toni (Wheatley) Cornell of Middlebury Center; son and daughter-in-law, Will and Emily Cornell of Wellsboro; daughter and son-in-law, Whitney and Nate Robinson of Wellsboro; granddaughter, Tessa Robinson; brother and sister-in-law, Jeff and Shelly Cornell of Wellsboro; mother-in-law, Marilyn Wheatley of Wellsboro; many aunts and uncles; two brothers-in-law and two sisters-in-law; several additional nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In addition to his mother, Sharon, Ed was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Doc Wheatley, and his uncle, Dave Cornell.

Ed will be laid to rest in the Hammond Cemetery, Tioga.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Tussey-Mosher Funeral Home, Ltd., Wellsboro.
