Charlotte May (Allatt) Bletz, age 58, of Wellsboro, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 18, 2019, at the Green Home in Wellsboro. In keeping with Charlotte's wishes, services will be private and held at the convenience of her family. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Tussey-Mosher Funeral Home, Ltd., Wellsboro.
