Cecil L. Losinger, 84, of Wellsboro, passed away at Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, February 17, 2016.  He was the husband of Dawn Bell, who survives.  Cecil was born February 9, 1932, in Troy, PA,  the son of the late Cecil L. Losinger, Sr. and Anna (Smith) Losinger.

Cecil was an US Army Veteran having served during the Korean Conflict; where he received a Purple Heart. He was a retiree of Corning Glass where he worked as a pipe fitter. Cecil was a member of the Wellsboro Veterans Club, a life member of the Wellsboro Moose and served the Moose as local chapter Governor.

Surviving in addition to his wife, are his daughters, Brenda Meyers, Katherine Brattain and Dawn Elliott; sons, Daniel Losinger and Bill Losinger; brother and sister-in-law, Howard and Denise Losinger; sisters, Annette Wakley and Lillian Losinger; sister and brother-in-law, Sandra and Gary Joe Reynolds.

Friends and family are invited to Cecil’s Life Celebration on Monday, February 22, 2016 from 11 AM to 1 PM, at Tussey-Mosher Funeral Home, Ltd., 139 Main St., Wellsboro, with service to follow at 1:00 PM.
