Barbara K. Rice

Barbara K. Rice, 78, of Wellsboro, passed away on Friday, December 25, 2020 at the Green Home, Wellsboro.   She was born on January 8, 1942, in Easton; the daughter of the late Norman and Catharine (Weissenberger) Stout.  She was the wife of Earl P. Rice, Jr., who survives.

At Barbara’s request, here will be no visitation or services.
