Barbara K. "Barb" (Ringhausen) Fackleman

Barbara K. “Barb” Fackleman, 52, of Tioga passed away Saturday, December 3, 2016 at Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre. She was born March 6, 1964 in Harden, IL, the daughter of David and Margaret (Stewart) Ringhausen. Barbara was married to David M. Fackleman.
She enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid fisherman. Barbara loved children. Her favorite sports teams were the St. Louis Cardinals and the Blues; the Washington Redskins and the University of Illinois Fighting Illini.
In addition to her parents and husband, Barbara is survived by three sisters, Sherrie Cook (Tim) of Eldred IL, Tammy Ringhausen of Harden, IL and Marsha Hopkins (Kent) of Bunker Hill, IL; and her brother Russell Ringhausen of Coffeen, IL; four nephews and her niece; a great- niece and great- nephew.
In keeping with Barb’s wishes, her family held a private service on Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at Tussey-Mosher Funeral Home, 139 Main St., Wellsboro.
