Arletta W (Mclaughlin) Cromer

Arletta W. (McLaughlin) Cromer, 80, of Wellsboro, passed away on Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, PA. She was married to Martin Mahosky for 25 years and Kenneth “Ray” Cromer for 17 years, both preceded her in death. Arletta was born October 20, 1936 in Williamsport, PA, the daughter of the late Howard and Viola (Soper) McLaughlin.
Arletta was a true homemaker for her family. She loved cooking, baking, and playing Pinochle. She attended St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Morris Run. During her stay at the Green Home, she enjoyed special music, doing laundry, Bingo and learning new technology. Arletta loved spending time with her family.
Surviving are her sons, Raymond Mahosky of Tioga, PA, Greg (Cecilia) Mahosky of Toledo, OH and Thomas (Theresa) Mahosky of Blossburg, PA; daughter, Theresa (John) Lamonski of Blossburg, PA; ten grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; brothers, Ken McLaughlin and Gerald McLaughlin of Montoursville, PA, Edward McLaughlin of Harrisburg, PA and Phillip McLaughlin of Abcott, NC; sister, Echo (Ralph) Ward of Corning, NY; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husbands and parents, Arletta was preceded in death by, a son, Phillip; daughter-in-law, Linda; two brothers, William and Harold.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to The Green Home, 37 Central Ave., Wellsboro, PA 16901. Arletta’s family would also like to extend a special Thank You to all of her close friends at the Green Home.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 19, at 2:00 P.M. at Tussey-Mosher Funeral Home, Ltd., 139 Main Street, Wellsboro, PA 16901. Rev. Bryan Wright will officiate the service. Family and friends are also invited to visitation one hour prior to service from 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. Burial will take place at Tioga County Memorial Gardens.
