Anthony G. “Otto” Bissinger, Jr., 79, of Liberty, passed away on June 30, 2026, at UPMC - Williamsport. He was born on May 5, 1947, in Ridley Park, the son of the late Anthony G. and Josephine M. (Depa) Bissinger. He married the former Peggy Boatman on May 4, 2001, and have celebrated 25+ years together.

Otto worked as a self-employed contractor in Construction and was an Army veteran. He was also a member of Morris Rod & Gun Club. He was an avid hunter and fisherman.

In addition to his wife, Peggy, Otto is survived by a son, James (Linda) Toti of Williamsport; daughters: Dawn (Tim) Fillmore of Mansfield; and Jodi (Mike) Lovett of Morris; 11 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, cousins: Chucky (Diane) Bissinger, and Bobby Bissinger, and a close friend, Al Brown who Otto always called his little brother. In addition to his parents, Otto was preceded in death by a sister, Joanne Bissinger, and a granddaughter, Dakota Felkner.

A private celebration of Otto's life will be held by the family. The family suggest memorial contributions in Otto’s name be made to the Morris Rod & Gun Club, P.O. Box 332, Morris, PA 16938.
