I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Stuart. I remember fondly, the wonderful stories of how Stuart & Edna met at the same Army Camp as my parents. The two were of the Greatest Generation and both are sorely missed by their wonderful family & friends. God bless & Godspeed to Stuart's family.

I loved his stories at camp. As he left camp this past November he made sure he talked to each of us. Gave a few words of wisdom, a special person who will be missed.

My father, DeLancy Hotalen, hunted with Stuart Carl. We all enjoyed maple syrup that he and his family made. I remember that the entry road to the Ding Dang was lined by birch trees and was given the name "Home of the white elephants". RIP, and thanks for good memories.
