Norma M. Boyce, 89, of Wellsboro, passed away at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, PA on Monday October 9, 2017. She was the wife of Leroy W. Boyce who preceded her in death, November 13, 1973. They were married for 26 years.

Norma was born June 7, 1928, in Wellsboro, PA, the daughter of the late Maxwell and Charlotte (Whitney) Butler. She was a graduate of Wellsboro High School with the Class of “1945”.  Norma was a member of Mt. Zion Full Gospel Church. In addition, she was a member of the Eastern Star for over 50 years.  She enjoyed bowling in her youth and loved to travel.  Norma had several jobs during her life, she worked for the Selective Service System, Maynard CPA as a bookkeeper; and worked beside her husband at Leroy Boyce Sales & Service. Her greatest accomplishment was raising her family which she took great pride in doing.  Norma loved spending time with her sister Alice.  In her leisure time she loved to read.

Surviving are her sons, Ronald Boyce (Rhonda), Cogan Station, PA, Timothy Boyce (Donna) Red Lion, PA, Kevin Boyce (Karen) Fountain Inn, SC and Mark Boyce, Mechanicsburg, PA; daughters, Karen Erway (Gregory) and Kathleen Davis (Scott), all of Mechanicsburg, PA; grandchildren, Rebecca, Christopher, Kristen, Devon, Brandon, Shawn, Chanel, Alan, Jonathan, Katie and Steven; great-grandchildren, Ian, Bailey and Katiana; sister, Alice Boyce, Asaph, PA; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, Norma was preceded in death by her sister, Constance O’Neill and her brothers, Bruce and Philip Butler.

Norma’s Life Celebration will be on Friday, October 13, 2017 from 4-6 pm, at Tussey-Mosher Funeral Home, 139 Main St., Wellsboro.  Funeral service will be Saturday, October 14, 2017 10:00 am at the funeral home with Rev. Laverne Holliday officiating.  Burial will be in Niles Valley Cemetery.
