We are so sad to learn of the loss of one of Wellsboro's finest people. He was
a neighbor and so lovingly helped us through the loss of Frances Dragovich 5 years ago at the Green Home.
What a very special person he was to everyone he met. He always went the
extra mile to help anyone who needed his assistance.

Mr. Charsky was a good good man! I am so thankful that I knew him. His service to the Lord and love for people will always be remembered. He always had a smile on his face and greeted you with kindness. My deepest sympathy to you Mrs. Charsky, Keven, Brett and Bruce, along with your families.
