Dorothy was a fine lady that we will miss.
From Carol: when I first came to Little Marsh, I attended a dinner at the fire hall. When Dot and a daughter came in I admired the silk rose corsage that she was wearing. When Dot left the hall she came and pinned the corsage on me. I have kept it for 30+ years-a treasure. Our love and sympathy to the whole family. Love, Howard and Carol

Many years ago, Dottie made a singing, light up Rudolph ornament for our daughter Maddie (Virginia's granddaughter). One Christmas, we took it out and found that he didn't sing or light up anymore. Dottie quickly made a replacement to ensure that Maddie's younger brother Jake got to enjoy Rudolph too. Our family thinks of her every year when we hang him on our tree. Her kindness was so apparent in that sweet gesture. I am certain she will be sorely missed, but fondly remembered. Please accept our deepest sympathies.

I haven't seen Dorothy in years, but fondly remember her. I visited her craft store through the years she had it in Wellsboro. I was one of her best customers, as I was heavily into crafting. She carried so much variety, and helped me with my selections. I think I ended up with 'her store' in my home!! My sincere and heartfelt sympathy to her family. Heaven gained a lovely lady. Ethel
