It is so sad to learn that my only living sibling has died. Although I was Blair's half sister, with his father being my father. I live in Panama City Florida and so I was not able to see him often, but the last time I was in PA, for my last half sister's funeral just over two years ago I stopped at Blair's home and enjoyed about three hours of just sitting with him and talking about Daddy and my half sisters as I was very young when Daddy died. I too, was born in Morris and maybe even in the house where Blair was born. Blair had a big window that he looked out of a lot and pointed to different birds that he likes to see. He shared that he has seen deer from time to time and also a brief sighting of a bear at one time. Blair shared that he is sad that he has no way to get to practice in the choir as he loves to sing. The eye doctor had instructed him not to be driving after dark any more. He talked to me about Carol and how happy that he had met her and she checks on him daily. Thank you Carol. Well I am so glad that a friend of mine from in Wellsboro saw Blair's ob. in the gazette and called to send her condolences. Although I only really knew Anita and Blair the best of the rest of them I will miss talking to him on the phone from time to time as I have missed talking to Anita. I love you Blair. Maybe we will see each other on those streets of gold some time soon.
