Sara (Learn) Huck

Sara Learn Huck, 80, of Little Marsh, died on February 1, 2017 at Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre.  She was the wife of Norman I. Huck, Sr. who preceded her in death November 29, 2000.  She was born January 15, 1937 in Wellsboro, PA, the daughter of the late Richard R. and Mary (Adamy) Learn.

Sara was of the Baptist faith.  She enjoyed sewing, baking cooking and mowing the lawn. She especially loved spending time with her family.

Sara is survived by her sons, Norman I. Huck Jr. and Richard D. Huck (Dawn), all of Little Marsh, PA; daughter, Sharon L.  Anthony (William III), Dallastown, PA; four grandchildren, Tammy MacDonald, Heather Williams, Cassandra Huck and William Anthony IV; four great-grandchildren, Sean and  Drew MacDonald, Carter and Lauren Williams; brothers, Marc Learn(Sandy) and Terry Learn (Rose); sisters, Barbara Conkright (Hugh), Joanne Fidler, Gerry Lewis, Sandy Redell (Russ), Shirley Redell (Ron), all of Wellsboro, Cathy Maynard (Bob), Myrtle Beach, SC; sisters-in-law, Thelma Rusak, Arlene Brown (Jackie), Edna Johnson and Mary Heatwole (Russ), Virginia and Gloria Huck;

 In addition to her husband and parents, Sara was preceded in death by her brother, Durwood Learn; sister, Betty Berguson; sisters-in-law, Geraldine Cleveland and Martha Huck; brothers-in-law, Alvin, Floyd and Edward Huck; Jerry Rusak , Wayne Johnson, Pete Cleveland and Donald Berguson, Bill Fidler and Ralph Lewis.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, February 6, 2017 2:00 PM, at Tioga County Memorial Gardens. Burial will follow.
