Randy Jay Miller, 56, of Williamsport, passed away on Thursday, January 10, 2019, surrounded by his loving family at the Williamsport Regional Medical Center. He leaves behind his wife of over 25 years, Ann M. (English) Miller, they were married on February 12, 1993. He was born in Williamsport on November 1, 1962, the son of Carl F. and Helen (Kalmbach) Miller.
Randy owned and operated his own construction business, Miller Construction, and took great pride in the quality and detail of his work. He graduated from Liberty Junior-Senior High School in 1980 and obtained his Associate’s Degree in Carpentry from the former Williamsport Area Community College. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed various activities including riding snow mobiles, boating, hunting and fishing. He also enjoyed the quality time spent with his family, whether it was the annual trips to the beach with Ann, fishing in Canada with the gang or the weekly visits to the family cabin in Nauvoo. Randy will be remembered by family and friends for his quick wit and great sense of humor.
Left to cherish his memory are his beloved wife, Ann M. Miller, of Williamsport; mother, Helen Miller, of Liberty; brothers, Scott Miller (Colleen), of Wellsboro, Michael Miller (Amy), of Liberty; sister, Patricia Butters (Terry), of Morris; brothers-in-law, Donald English (Ana Fe) and Gerald English, both of Williamsport; several beloved nieces and nephews; many dear friends and his beagle, Murphy.
Randy was preceded in death by his father, Carl F. Miller.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on Wednesday, January 16, 2019, from 10-11 a.m., at the Nauvoo St. Paul United Methodist Church, Morris, PA. Randy’s memorial service will immediately follow at 11:00 a.m., with Pastor Mark Dodson and Pastor Thomas Harmic presiding.
