Patrick M. Davis, 65, of Antrim, went peacefully to be with the Lord, October 12, 2016, at the Williamsport Regional Medical Center. He was the husband of Paula Davis (Hudson), whom he married on July 29, 2005. Patrick was born in Wellsboro, on July 30, 1951; he was the son of Samuel and Antoinette (Krystoff) Davis.
He was a devoted husband, brother and father. Patrick loved life and was an honest, sincere, compassionate individual to all who crossed his path.
Patrick was an US Army veteran, having serving during the Vietnam era. He was employed during his lifetime as a forklift driver at Osram, where he worked for 39 years, retiring in 2006.
He loved football and baseball, especially the Green Bay Packers and Brett Favre; Boston Red Sox and David Ortiz; country music was also one of his passions. He also loved hunting, fishing and guns.
Patrick is survived by his wife, Paula of Antrim; his mother, Antoinette of Wellsboro; three daughters, Stephanie Davis Watkins of Mansfield, Shannon Davis of Wellsboro and Ashley Belanger (David) of Pace, FL; 2 step-sons, Brett Reese (Tammy) and Michael Reese (Stacey) all of Wellsboro; step-daughter, Holly Spencer (Gordon), Beach Mountain, NC; brother, John Davis (Melissa), of Antrim. 14 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren; nephew, Chad Davis and niece Kimberly (Davis) Johnson; Godfather, Uncle Paul; special friends, John Patt, Steve and Johnny Krystoff, Linda Erb, Jim Willamee, Steve and Tara Tokarz, Russell and many other special friends.
Patrick was preceded in death by his father, Samuel; infant son, Christopher Michael Davis; his sister, Mary Jane Costly; and best friends, Billy Davis, Bobby Z. and John Campbell.
Patrick’s visitation will be held on Sunday, October 16, 2016 2-5 PM at Tussey-Mosher Funeral Home, Ltd., 139 Main St. Wellsboro, PA. Memorial Mass will be on Monday, October 17, 2016 at 10:00 AM with Rev. David Bechtel officiating at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Wellsboro.
