I am so sorry for your loss. I'm at Kiel and all of you a couple years back when I had to come in and give him injections. Kyle was a strong little man and he will always have a place in my heart as well as the entire family. You all have amazing courage and strength. It was a privilege to me all of you and be just a small part of Kiel's life. I'm so sorry for your loss.

Lampman family. Our deepest condolences. Kiel was a very strong little man who faught everyday for strength for not only himself but for his loving, strong, and courageous family. I only got to meet kiel once but every post on Facebook about the little super hero, I felt like I knew him...I do feel your pain and I pray that god is with this family to help them to stay strong for each other.... My condolences to all of Kiel"s family and friends. Losing a loved one is never easy, especially whe they are a child that has touched so many lives. I lost a nephew to a disease many years ago and the pain never goes away from the loss. But the memories are there and knowing that you did all that you could to make their short life a better one can get you thru the tough times

As I sit here thinking what to write, and express our sympathy, a million memories flash through my mind of our son Tommy. He passed away January 2, 2015 at 16 for Burkitt's Lymphoma.
I saw Kiel's obituary shared by a friend, Paul Brion. So I asked if he knew the circumstances and he told me that Kiel had passed from a childhood cancer and it hit home for me. Paul said he wished he could rid the world of all cancers and I agreed, as I would have my son back.
We were given a gift certificate to go see a Psychic Medium Dawn Krug in Waverly. But we were instructed not to go for 6 monthes, because Tommy would have many things to learn before he moved on to his next realm of life.
We waited and we pondered, what would he say? would he talk through Dawn, Were we good parents, Did he dislike us because we had to have them stop C.P.R. in the hospital? Many Many questions.
We finally got our chance to go, Dawn told us Tom was there 15 minutes early , just waiting for us. He wanted to tell us he loved us and that if he had know it was so nice there, he wouldn't have fought to stay so long on earth. Dawn went on to tell of how he was dressed when he passed away, spot on descripition, his mannerisms, and so on. We've gone back a few time since then.
I will tell you don't second guess your parenting skills, I'm sure you guys did everything possible to save Kiel. And he will tell you that, you will begin to find little items left by Kiel for you to find, this is going to be his calling card saying he was there checking in. Our son leaves dimes, the area will be empty and next there is a dime.
In closing I will say our deepest sympathy to you with the passing of Kiel. Emotions run over during this time and everytime you think of Kiel. God Bless you all
